About the Fair
The Mount Gambier Fantasy Medieval Fair is a two-day event on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 April 2027, running from 10:00 am–4:00 pm daily at the Mount Gambier Showgrounds, Pick Avenue.
Produced by Limestone Coast Festivals & Events Inc., the Fair attracts around 3,500–4,000 visitors across the weekend and brings together traders, artisans, performers, reenactors and visitors from across the region and beyond.
We’re seeking stallholders whose products and presentation fit the spirit of the Fantasy Medieval Fair. Traders are encouraged to immerse themselves in the event by decorating stalls with pennants, bunting and medieval-style signage, dressing in costume, and presenting products that suit the medieval or fantasy theme.
You are also encouraged to share the story behind your work, including the historical significance, techniques or traditions associated with your produce, crafts and skills.
