The Fantasy Medieval Fair is powered by volunteers. Events like this simply do not happen without people willing to lend their time, energy and skills behind the scenes. From setting up the grounds and welcoming visitors to helping at the information stall and packing everything away again, every volunteer plays a real part in bringing the Fair to life.
We are currently seeking volunteers for a range of roles across the 2027 Fantasy Medieval Fair.
- Setup: Friday 16 April
- Event days: Saturday 17 & Sunday 18 April
- Packdown: Monday 19 April
Tasks may include setup and packdown, information stall duties, visitor support and general event assistance.
The Fair is organised by a dedicated volunteer team, and its ongoing sustainability depends on community support. As the event continues to grow, so does the need for more people to help share the workload and ensure the Fair can continue for years to come.
Whether you can give a few hours or help across several days, your contribution matters.
We’ll keep you hydrated, supplied with snacks and well looked after while you’re helping out.
